We search our verified candidate database and shortlist 2–3 profiles whose skills, experience, and personality best match your household's specific needs.
Interview & Trial
You meet the shortlisted candidates, conduct interviews at your own pace, and optionally arrange a paid trial period before committing to a placement.
Placement & Support
We handle the employment contract, conduct a full orientation with your new staff member, and remain available for any questions or concerns post-placement.
